Josh Dunne didn’t allow a troubled home life or lack of transportation prevent him from achieving his goals. Dunne became one of Career Online High School’s first 100 graduates at the end of 2016.

Josh is the first employee in the 60-odd restaurants owned by the N.H. based Napoli Group that employs about 2,200 to receive a high school diploma through the program, which he began in 2015. “On average, it takes … about 18 months to complete the program; Josh finished it in just 14 months,” said Sal Napoli at the ceremony. “We’ve had a lot of people apply. Josh not only started the program but completed the program. I think that tells you a little bit about his character as a man and who he is as a member of the Napoli Group and Team McDonald’s.”
